Akanksha Agarwal (she/her) is an emerging writer based in Naarm. She is passionate about sharing experiences through poetry, amplifying diverse voices, and experimenting with techniques. She hopes this collection will encourage more young people to explore poetry as a medium.
SGB (she/they) lives on Gadigal land. They are a queer writer and poet, academic and mental health expert. Their experiences of mental health and queer journeys are the primary source of inspiration for their writing.
Stephanie Dennis provided patient care at Perth Children’s Hospital and St John of God. A trained beauty therapist, Stephanie began penning love poems when she met the love of her life Jake. Awarded Country Girl Management’s “Biggest Inspirational Girl” runway prize, Stephanie enjoys acting, baking, gardening, painting, sewing, and singing.

Joanne Macias is a multi-disciplinary writer from Sydney with her first publication in the Living Stories Anthology. She is currently working on her debut Young Adult novel.
Indrani Perera is a poet and sometimes artist who loves all things vintage. Indrani is the editor of the Pocketry Almanack, ringmaster at The Circus of Similes and the author of the Defenestration and pas de deux. Poetpre is an Indian Australian writer. Writing is the medium through which she makes sense of her world and finds catharsis. It is her aspiration that her work resonates with and gives others the courage to share their own experiences.
Blanca White is an emerging writer and poet from Brooklyn, New York. After studying Mechanical Engineering, she became a Peace Corp volunteer in Sub-Saharan Africa and became fond of storytelling. When she’s not being a techy, she spends her time dancing offbeat to music and working on her first chapbook.
